The choice is all yours. You can create as many types of contacts as you like, e.g. person, company, lead, client, supplier, candidate etc. On top of that, you can decide what details you would like to store for each type.
Everio helps you find contacts faster.
Searching for contacts in Everio is super easy, thanks to handy filters. Not only you can search contacts by name, phone, email or pretty much any other information, you can also display only a specific group. Like contacts that you have added in the last 30 days, contacts without conversation etc.
Everio allows you to control visibility of contacts.
You decide who will see each of your contacts. You can keep them only for yourself, share them with some or all of your colleagues. All powers users will always be able to access all the contacts, even if they are private.
Everio puts your clients on a map.
Whenever you need to see where your clients are located, just enable map view.
Everio can import your actual database of contacts.
