Everio lets you add tasks with ease
The "Add task" button has been placed throughout the whole Everio, to make it super easy for you to add task from pretty much anywhere - within a conversation, note, contact, deal or a project.
Everio is much more than just a typical task manager.
Sometimes searching for all the necessary information to do a task takes longer than actually doing the task. To avoid this problem, every task in Everio is interlinked with the related contact, conversation, deal, project or note, so when you're ready to deal with it, you'll have all the details you need.
Everio won't let you forget.
If you tend to forget to check your calendar, Everio can send you an email with the list of upcoming tasks. On top of that, you can subscribe to a task feed that works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook and all other apps that support the ICS format.
Everio can track how much time you spent on each task.
After you finish the task, you can track how much time you've spent on it. Time will be added to your timesheet automatically. If the task has been connected to a certain project, your recorded time will also be reflected in project totals.
Everio let you control the privacy of your tasks
Who will see your tasks? Only you? One or two of your colleagues? A whole group? Whole company? In Everio you are in control of the privacy of your task. Please remember, that power users will always have full access to all of the tasks, no matter if they are private or not.
Everio allows you to switch to colleagues' task lists.
If you are a power user, you can switch between your colleagues' task lists easily. This is a must feature for project managers who need to schedule work for their teams.
